The BankHer Award Nomination Form (2026)

The Colorado Bankers Association is proud to introduce the BankHer Award, a recognition that celebrates the women who are shaping the future of banking in Colorado. This award honors women who demonstrate exceptional leadership, commitment to their institutions, and meaningful contributions to their communities and the banking industry.

Each year, two recipients will be selected and recognized at the Women in Banking Conference. Honorees represent the strength, innovation, and dedication that women bring to the banking profession.
Eligibility & Requirements:
• Nominees should demonstrate leadership within their organization, support the advancement of women in banking, and contribute positively to their communities or the banking industry.
• Nominations must be submitted by July 10, 2026.
• Two recipients will be selected by a committee of women in banking.
• Self-nominations and nominations by colleagues are welcome.
• Nominees must be employed by a Colorado Bankers Association member bank.
