High-quality pre-K is linked to fuller, richer lives for students and their parents. Three- and four-year-olds in Delaware attend a variety of pre-K offerings, if they attend at all. Some providers are funded through the state, some through private funding, while others receive a mix of private and public funding. There is little coordination or alignment between various programs.
Many other states offer free, public pre-K with more uniform, higher standards.
This survey is intended for parents living in Delaware who have children age 0-18. This survey is intended to understand parents’ experience with accessing pre-K programs.
