Overview

Access to clean, well-maintained public toilets in suitable locations is important to most of us. If facilities are poor or there are none where we need them, we can be limited in where we go or how long we can stay there. It’s important that residents and visitors can spend time in public places like parks and shopping centres. Some of us, particularly the elderly, those with young children or people with health challenges, may be less active than we would like if there is nowhere suitable ‘to go’.

Council is developing a 10-year strategy to plan how it will provide and maintain durable, comfortable and cost-effective facilities for the foreseeable future. Your participation in this survey will help us to develop a strategy that will meet the needs of the community.

Your feedback will be collated and used to help Council develop a Draft Public Toilet Strategy, which will be available for public comment later this year.

The survey closes 25th August 2019. Thank you for taking part.
