2021 GCATD Fall Conference Proposal Form |

Thank you for your interest in sharing your knowledge at the GCATD 2021 Learning Safari Conference being held a The Oscar Event Center at Jungle Jim's International Market, Fairfield, OH on Wednesday October 6th, 2021. We appreciate hearing from you!
This proposal covers two potential types of participation:
- Facilitator of a Concurrent Session (Approx. 1 hour duration)
- Table Talk Leader (30 minute duration)
- Facilitator of a Concurrent Session (Approx. 1 hour duration)
- Table Talk Leader (30 minute duration)
You may submit up to 3 proposals total, of either type or a combination, using this form. If you have more than 3 proposals, please start a new form for the additional proposal(s).
Please complete the following page(s) to submit your proposal(s) by no later than 5/20/2021 for full consideration as part of the day's agenda. Final decisions of the Conference Content Team will be made by 6/1/2021, after which all parties will be notified as to their proposal's status. Note: All questions marked with an asterisk are required information.

- Diversity and Inclusion
- Key Talent and Development Lessons from 2020
