Leadership is more than a club at AIS - it’s a culture. Our guiding principle — We Lead With Love — reflects our shared belief that leadership is rooted in empathy, belonging, and contribution. At AIS, Leadership is collaborative, values-driven, and grounded in the belief that every student has gifts to offer and a responsibility to uplift others. Students progress from developing confidence and kindness, to exercising voice and responsibility, to leading initiatives and shaping culture. Our program integrates leadership experiences across divisions, academic areas, technology, athletics, and community service. Faculty serve as mentors, empowering students to design, decide, and deliver. AIS’s innovative Student Leadership Program transforms leadership from a title into a lived experience for every student from Elementary to High School. Students don’t leave AIS ready to lead someday; they leave knowing they are leaders today — and understanding that leadership means serving others, shaping community, and leading with love.
