Title V: 5-Year Needs Assessment

Every five years, Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) is required to complete a needs assessment to assess the health needs of women, mothers, infants, children, and adolescents to include children and youth with special health care needs. During the assessment, Georgia DPH collects information from the public, public health workforce, partners and stakeholders across the state to identify needs and opportunities to address the health needs. It is that time again to conduct the needs assessment. We are requesting your participation as your input will be used to determine the priorities and needs of the maternal and child health population within the State of Georgia from the perspective of partners and stakeholders. Additionally, your input will be used to inform the maternal and child health state plan and to identify priorities for programs and services. This work is part of the Health Resources and Services Administration's Title V Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant.
