Dear colleague,

Thank you for taking the time to participate in our survey ‘Common practice in the use of combination therapy to treat sepsis due to carbapenem-resistant bacteria in adult and pediatric population’.

The target of the survey is clinicians, pharmacists and clinical microbiologists from all over the world involved in the management of these infections in their everyday clinical practice.

In addition to you completing the survey, we would appreciate your support in facilitating its distribution within your network (colleagues from your/other institutions, social networks, scientific societies) by forwarding-on the survey link. The strength of the survey is strictly linked with the sample size of the respondents and countries' coverage, therefore your contribution in the dissemination is highly appreciated.

The survey will take on average 15-20 minutes to complete. The link will close May 31st

Participation in this survey is voluntary and all responses are anonymous. All respondents to the survey will have the possiblity to win complementary registration fees for the 2020 ECCMID Congress in Paris.

Information on the publication policy can be found at the end of the survey.

If you have questions or difficulty in completing the survey, please contact Dr. Alessia Savoldi (alessia.savoldi@univr.it).

Many thanks for your precious collaboration
