By gathering insights from CEOs and senior staff, the study identifies emerging risks, opportunities, and capacity pressures affecting mission delivery, workforce stability, funding, and community impact.

All responses are aggregated, and no individual or organizational data will be shared publicly. Participating leaders will receive a benchmark snapshot showing how peers across the sector are navigating uncertainty and change. Findings will also inform investments in nonprofit infrastructure and guide statewide advocacy.
