CHF Strategic Plan 2022- 25 Feedback |
The CHF Board is pleased to present to members for consultation, a draft Strategic Plan which will help guide the direction of the organisation over the next 3 years.
The draft plan has been developed after a series of facilitated workshops with the Board, staff and other stakeholders, and takes into account the feedback received from the recent members survey.
The plan features the priority policy issues identified by members: consumer engagement capacity; preventive health and self-care; chronic disease management; primary care; and care for disadvantaged Australians.
The four nominated priority areas also align with areas of national and Commonwealth government affairs which the Board believes is appropriate to CHF’s role as a national peak body. The updated plan also concentrates on those areas aligned with the purpose articulated in CHF’s constitution, signaled in our peak body funding and where it was considered that CHF is seen to be the most appropriate organisation to lead on these matters.
