8. Would you like to CHOOSE the family in need that your tree is donated to?
1) If 'YES,' you must limit your choice to a family (in need) with children, who lives within the city limits of Jackson, or in the immediate outskirts of Jackson. You will be responsible for all communications with this family. For this option, please provide us with your chosen family's name, phone number, and physical address no later than Monday, November 9 (this information will be kept confidential).
2) If 'NO,' Jackson's Economic Development Committee will coordinate choosing a family like last year, in partnership with local non-profit organizations. (Required.)

9. Would you like to DELIVER your tree yourself, to your chosen family?
1) If 'YES,' we will keep you updated on date/time to pick up your tree after the event is over. You will be responsible for transporting your tree, and for all communications with this family.
2) If 'NO,' Jackson's Economic Development Committee will deliver like last year, in partnership with local non-profit organizations.

Registration for entries is NOW OPEN, and will CLOSE on Tuesday, October 6 at 5:00 pm. This is a firm deadline.

By entering this contest, you agree to adhere to all guidelines listed here and in email sent on 10/1/25, as well as any future updates. Incomplete entry forms will be disqualified.
