This form is designed to complete one farm parcel at a time. If you have multiple farm parcels (more than 3), please send a spreadsheet with all of these fields completed for each farm parcel.
Corporate funders typically want to report 10 years of “benefits” and Netafim supports this reporting by including GrowSphere, our digital operating system. Before you begin completing this, please note that the parcels that are the best fit for corporate funding are those that are willing to report benefits for 10 years. This can be done non-invasively when GrowSphere is included in the system upgrade.

2.Farm Location (GPS coordinates preferred but address or cross streets also OK) This is important because companies fund projects based on specific geographic locations tied to where they draw water from
3.Primary Contact First and Last Name for this parcel (this can be the farmer’s name, OR the name of the contact at the Netafim Dealer who is submitting this on behalf of the farm). This is who we will contact.
4.Primary Contact phone number for this parcel (this can be the farmer’s name, OR the name of the contact at the Netafim Dealer who is submitting this on behalf of the farm). This is who we will contact.

7.Crop(s) or crop rotations grown on this parcel for the past 3 years and estimated future crop rotation over the next 5-10 years.
8.If this parcel has been irrigated for the past 3 years, please provide the applied water use (OK to estimate if you don’t have exact figures) in acre-feet per acre (“5 AF/acre on average over past 3 years; or 4.5 last yr, 4.9 2 yrs ago, and 5.5 3 yrs ago)
9.Proposed Upgrade (“install Netafim microsprinklers, surface drip, subsurface drip, or add Netafim digital farming components” - please describe desired new system)
10.Estimated reduction from prior system to new system (i.e. 40-50% reduction going from flood to drip; 20% reduction from pivot to drip; or 10-20% reduction by adding digital farming solutions. This can be stated as a percentage estimated reduction OR in a new AF/acre if you have that (“3 AF/acre is the new estimated water use on the new system and expected crop rotation).
11.Estimated per acre cost (this needs to come from a Netafim dealer, i.e. “$3,000 per acre”) An estimate without a design is perfectly acceptable.
12.Estimated timeline and when new system will begin (“Fall 2026 irrigation system installation, Spring 2027 crop planting, new irrigation system in use for 2027”)
13.Farmer agrees to include Netafim's GrowSphereTM automation and provide Netafim personnel access to annual water use for up to 10 years to support annual reporting to corporate sponsor.
14.Please describe any information about this farm that would be good for a corporate partner to know (“this is fourth generation family farm” or “we are beginning farmers, veterans, people of color, tribal members” or “we practice other regenerative practices, such as…”etc)
