Adaptive Leadership is a practical leadership framework, developed by Ron Heifitz and Marty Linsky, both Harvard Kennedy School professors, which is aimed at helping individuals and organizations adapt and thrive in changing and challenging environments. It is not a typical leadership training but involves learning and discovering as part of the transformational journey, creating the capacity both individually and collectively, to catalyze and embrace the gradual and meaningful process of change. Adaptive Leadership brings together six areas of studies, including Psychology, Music, Business, Biology, Sociology, Anthropology.

The three-hour workshop which will take place on Thursday, June 22nd will explore a few of the core concepts within the framework.
