We are conducting a focus group to learn from current Budtenders about their experiences around high-THC cannabis products, customer interactions, and workplace practices. This information collected from this focus group will support the development of future optional training implementation and improve educational tools for those working as budtenders in Washington. The term budtender will be used throughout this invitation, and is meant to include persons working in non-medical retail establishments.

To be eligible, participants must be at least 21 years old and currently employed as a budtender in Washington State.
