The Vibration Institute is accepting proposals for technical papers, presentations, case histories, and pre-conference workshops.

Presentation titles and abstracts must be submitted by November 6, 2026.

While presentation proposals without a formal paper will be considered, priority will be given to presentations accompanied by a formal technical paper.

Please complete the following submission form. All proposals will be reviewed by the Vibration Institute, and acceptance notifications will be sent by December 11, 2026.


Presenter Benefits:

Accepted presenters will receive a discounted full-conference registration rate and a discount on pre-conference workshops.

VI-certified analysts may also earn recertification points:
  • 2 points for presenting
  • 3 points for authoring a paper published in the conference proceedings
  • 5 total points for both publishing and presenting
