* 1. This survey is being conducted by Adler Weiner Research in order to determine your eligibility for a focus group or interview about which you have been contacted. At no point are your individual answers ever sold or shared with our clients (aggregate data or anonymized summaries of the overall survey information may possibly be shared with our clients, however). Question Title

* 2. Thanks again for your interest in our study with Parents of kids ages 2 to 5 AND Boys and Girls ages 4 to 5 about Kids Entertainment!

The groups will take place online on Wednesday, May 1st!

You MUST participate using a computer with a webcam.

Parents groups: Run for 1 hr 15 minutes. If you qualify and participate, you will receive $125 plus $25 for a mandatory homework ($150 total)!

Kids groups: Run for 60 minutes. If your child qualifies and participates, s/he will receive $125 plus $25 for a mandatory homework ($150 total)!

Only one person can participate per household. For the kids groups, a parent must be present the entire duration of the group.

Please check off which times, if any, you'd be available. If you qualify and we have a spot for you we will be in touch!

All times listed are in Pacific Standard Time.

Please keep in mind checking off times does NOT mean you are recruited for the project; you MUST be contacted by a recruiter.
