Veterinary Application Form

Eligibility

This application form is for early-career veterinarians who are working with livestock in regional Victoria and wish to improve their knowledge and understanding of local production systems and build rural networks.

Please prepare a CV to attach in this application form and ensure you have read and understand the program expectations before applying.

Question Title

* 1. Please ensure you fulfil the application eligibility criteria for the FarmVet Connect program.

Hold a nationally recognised veterinary science degree

Registered to practice as a veterinary surgeon in the state of Victoria

Working with livestock species as part of your employment

Strong interest in production animals

Commitment to participation in farming activities and events in addition to ordinary veterinary employment duties

**Commenced full-time employment as a veterinarian in regional Victoria on/before March 31st, 2026
