About This Assessment
As AI reshapes how organizations design, deliver, and manage Total Rewards, understanding where you stand is critical. This assessment measures your organization's AI maturity across four dimensions: Data Readiness & Infrastructure, Governance, Risk & Compliance, AI Implementation & Use Cases, and Strategic Impact & Integration.
Your responses will contribute to an industry-wide benchmark. Once we've collected and analyzed the data, we'll publish a benchmark report so organizations can see how their maturity compares to peers across the field.
How to Respond
For each question, answer YES or NO based on your organization's current state. Answer YES only if the statement is true for at least two-thirds (2/3) of your business or people processes. If it doesn't meet that threshold, answer NO.
