At the Y, strengthening the community is our cause. The Y has listened and responded to communities’ most critical social needs since its founding, and we’re determined to keep doing it.  Based on this community needs assessment, the Kosciusko Community YMCA will design and deliver new programs and services that address critical issues in the areas of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Your responses are not individually tracked and are kept confidential and it should take no more than 5 minutes of your time to complete this survey.

If you have any questions about this survey, please contact Jim Swanson CEO jswanson@kcymca.org
