19. An Enrollment Form is required for all students participating in this program. Payments are due before services are rendered. A late fee will be assessed and will be added to the following payment for after school care and or summer camp. Delinquent accounts may result in dismissal of students from the After School Program. The After School Program ends promptly at 5:30 p.m. After 5:35 p.m., a late charge will be assessed at the rate of $1 per minute. (Required.)

20. I understand there is $25 registration fee for the family! The cost is $90 weekly (1st child), $80 for the second child, $70 for the third child, which includes pick up from school.
