This survey is intended for any members or potential members of Wood Buffalo Regional Library (WBRL).

This survey aims to better understand the format preferences and needs of community members, including those with print disabilities.

3.How satisfied are you with the current availability of alternate formats (such as large print, braille, audiobooks, etc.) at WBRL?(Required.)
4.WBRL currently has a Large Print Collection (hard copy) for adults. Would you (or someone in your care) be interested in large print books (hard copy) for children and/or young adults?(Required.)
5.Do you or someone in your care have any accessible format needs that are not currently met at the library?(Required.)
