Greater Phoenix Chamber Excellence in Business Awards

Since 1987, the Greater Phoenix Chamber has celebrated the achievements of businesses across the Greater Phoenix region through our renowned awards programs. This year, we are thrilled to spotlight the best in Valley business through the Excellence in Business Awards.

The Excellence in Business Awards (formerly the IMPACT Awards), recognize small, mid-sized to large companies, and 501(c)3 nonprofits that are making significant contributions to our state. Nominated companies demonstrate excellence in three key pillars of focus:
  1. Economic Growth & Business Leadership
  2. Community Impact & Social Responsibility
  3. Workplace & Cultural Excellence

Business sectors are defined as follows:
  • Small business: 1-99 employees
  • Mid-size to Large business: 100+ employees
  • Nonprofit organization*

Definitions:

* A Nonprofit organization is one that holds a 501(c)3 status. Nonprofits may choose to apply in the nonprofit category, or the appropriate business size category.

Participating companies will be highlighted across the Chamber’s marketing platforms, including the website, e-newsletters, social media, and at the event itself. Take your business to the next level with the Excellence in Business Awards!

TIME REQUIREMENTS
  • February 13, 2026: Nomination forms are due by 5 p.m.
  • February 27, 2026: Application packets due by 5 p.m.
  • Finalists will be announced in late March!
  • June 9, 2026: Greater Phoenix Chamber Excellence in Business Awards Celebration at Warehouse215

BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS FOR ELIGIBILITY
  • Must be a member in good standing with the Greater Phoenix Chamber
  • Must be headquartered in Arizona or have a major presence here
  • Must be able to meet time commitments (detailed above)
  • Must NOT be a government agency or municipality
  • Must not be a member-based association
  • Must NOT have been named an Excellence in Business or IMPACT Business of the Year recipient in the past ten years
  • All nominees must purchase a minimum of two tickets to the event in June
  • Award Finalists must support the Excellence in Business Awards by purchasing a minimum of one table of ten at the event

Nominee companies will be asked to verify their application packet.

4.Nominator(Required.)
Please submit nomination form by 5 p.m. on Friday, February 13th, 2026.

Once the nomination form is received, the nominee and nominator will receive the application packet. Completed packets will be due by Friday, February 27, 2026.
