This award acknowledges the crucial value that Accredited Customer Service Representatives (ACSR) bring to the independent agency system and the millions of customers they serve. Providing and delivering superior customer service is one of the most important things that any agency can do to enhance its value to customers.

Eligibility
The candidate must have successfully completed the requirements necessary to earn the prestigious Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation.

The award, along with $150 and one complimentary Big I New York 15inONE program registration, will be presented to the winner. The winner’s name will also be recognized at the Annual Business Meeting.
