Given the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve made the decision to move our 5th annual conference online in 2021 to protect the health and safety of our attendees, speakers, and staff. While we’re disappointed not to be able to gather in person, we’re hopeful that our virtual gathering will allow for an even broader diversity of participants than could have participated otherwise.

An online event also gives us a chance to think outside the box, and reinvent what our 2021 Choosing to Lead experience looks like. The format might follow the traditional "conference" structure of a single day or two—or perhaps it's a series of workshops spread out over the course of a week, month, or even a year! We can dig deeper into a single topic or spread several topics/tracks out over a month or year. The sky's the limit—help us think creatively and build the conference that YOU want to attend.

Please let us know your ideas, and we’ll keep you posted on the timing, sessions, and next steps as we work to create this new virtual experience. If you have further suggestions, please feel free to email catherine@onehundredmiles.org. Thank you for your help!
