Tabernacle Baptist Church is planning to offer our Vacation Bible School in-person on Wednesday, June 9 through Friday, June 11 from 9 AM-12 PM each day.  VBS registration will not be open to the general public, but will be open to church family members as we anticipate having to observe COVID protocols. 

We need the following information from as many people as possible in order to determine if we will be able to offer Vacation Bible School this year.  Please answer the following questions accurately with one response per person or family.
