As part of HRA's Professional Development Program, we are excited to announce our upcoming virtual workshop titled "Leading Up, Down, and Across" led by Molly Grisham, an experienced workshop facilitator and executive coach.

It's also about navigating influence across all levels of the team hierarchy. Whether you're leading from a position of authority or striving to impact those above you, mastering the art of "Leading Up, Down, and Across" is essential for driving collaboration, innovation, and success in your professional endeavors.
Workshop Focus:
"Leading Up, Down, and Across" is a transformative workshop designed specifically for individuals who are seeking to enhance their leadership capabilities. This interactive, 90-minute workshop will be held twice, on two different dates, and is open to all HRA members at any career level. To apply for a spot in one of the workshops, please fill out the following form by May 1st. After this deadline, you will receive an email confirming which workshop date you will be attending. Space in each workshop will be limited.
