2025 Strategic Planning Survey

Lee County is an evolving, high growth community with current projections of a population of 1 million people by 2031. In 2024, we experienced two major hurricanes which significantly impacted our community. The Horizon Council needs to be forward thinking as to how these developments reshape our community. As a business leader looking out 1-2 years, we kindly ask that you answer the questions in this survey.

Strategic Planning Initiative: The Horizon Council is continuing its 3-year strategic planning initiative. In preparation for the upcoming 2025 Strategic Planning Retreat, we are including a survey to be sent to key stakeholders. The goal of the Strategic Planning Initiative is to calibrate the work done in in 2024 and update our 3-year strategic plan, focusing on which key areas the organization should consider to further economic development in Lee County.
