Calling all Healthcare Heroes: would you like to be part of history?

Please complete this short Survey Monkey email poll ascertaining your interest in volunteering to help vaccinate our communities at different locations across Northern California.

Question Title

* 1. Given your skills, where could you be used as a volunteer?

Vaccinators ( RN’s, LVN’s MA’s): This person will help administer the vaccines to people. Need current medical license

Check-In: This person will help check in people arriving for the vaccine.

Runners: This person will provide support between the team members.

Pharmacist: This person will help with drawing doses and vaccine administration

Pharm Techs: This person will help draw the vaccines for administration.

Observers: This person will monitor people for any side effects post vaccination .

Nurse Practitioner: This person will tend to any people with reactions or questions about the vaccine.

Physician: This person will tend to any people with reactions or questions about the vaccine.

Physician's Assistant: This person will tend to any people with reactions or questions about the vaccine.

Team Leader: This person will be responsible for managing and supporting the DH team at the vaccination site.

Interpreter: This person will help to interpret information regarding the vaccines where there may be a language barrier.

Supply Delivery: This person will help pickup and deliver supplies to vaccine clinic. Vehicle with lots of room is required.
