Community Theatre Programming in Johnson City

The City of Johnson City, in partnership with Johnson City Community Theatre (JCCT), is exploring the future of theatre and performing arts in the community and is inviting public input.

Performing arts have long been part of Johnson City’s cultural landscape, offering residents opportunities to perform, create, connect, and experience live theatre. As the city looks ahead, community input is an important part of understanding which opportunities, programs, and spaces matter most to those who live, work, and play in Johnson City.

The survey is designed to help city staff better understand community interests and priorities related to performing arts. This feedback will help inform future planning and guide conversations about how theatre and performing arts can continue to grow and thrive in Johnson City.
