Stand Registration for Supplier Members - Leicester Tigers

Stand registration opens to Partner-level members from 23rd February 2026, followed by Gold members from 25th February 2026. Registration will then open to all other membership tiers from Friday 27th February 2026 if spaces remain available.

Please note that registrations will only be considered if submitted after your membership tier’s registration window has opened.

Due to the growing popularity of these events, spaces are extremely limited, and completion of the registration form does not guarantee a place.

Even if you have previously expressed interest to a team member or via email, this registration form must still be completed in order to be considered.

Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, while also taking into account membership tier and previous attendance history.

The exhibitor package cost is £480+VAT and includes 2 day delegate tickets and 2 evening tickets. Additional day delegates will be charged at £60+VAT and evening tickets at £40+VAT. Please note that names can be changed at a later date.
