OpenLMIS Committee Survey

Greetings, and thank you for taking the time to complete this short survey on the effectiveness of the OpenLMIS Community Committees.  It has been around six months since the September 2015 community meeting when the OpenLMIS community committees were formed, and much progress has been made, both in the initiative and in the community.

As the OpenLMIS Community Manager, I’d like to take this time to gather committee member opinions on the effectiveness of the OpenLMIS committees, what is working well, and how they can be improved.

As was discussed during the most recent committee meetings, your responses will be taken into account in the development of the committee charters, and to improve the effectiveness of the committee meetings overall.
1.Which committee(s) do you regularly participate in?
2.Are you satisfied with the meeting frequency?
3.Are you satisfied with the meeting time?
4.Are you satisfied with the current meeting structure?
5.Do you think the topics covered in the meetings are useful and relevant?
6.Are the meetings and mailing list an effective mechanism for this committee to meet its goals?
7.Do you feel like the committee is effective at meeting its goals?
8.What is the committee doing well?
9.What changes to the committee, if any, would you like to see over the next six months? If you serve on more than one committee, please include responses for all committees you serve on.
10.Would you be willing to help facilitate part or all of a committee meeting?
