Shosha Quit Smoking Survey

We're conducting research on how our customers feel about smoking. We'd love to hear from you about your thoughts are on this topic. This will help us better understand how we can better help smokers to quit the habit. The survey should only take about 5 minutes, and your responses will be collected by a third-party research agency on our behalf – Shosha will not see individual responses.
