We have been retained to consider potential adjustments to the RAC’s current activities and structure based on research, industry trends, stakeholder feedback, and consumer insights.
To that end, we are conducting interviews with industry stakeholders to gather industry insights. Specifically, we plan to conduct a representative survey of growers and packers to gain perspective concerning the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) to the industry.
Upon gathering this information, we will provide recommendations for the 2026-2030 strategic priorities, building a fundamental organizational framework. We plan to highlight areas for innovation and actionable goals to drive growth and profitability of the U.S. raisin industry. Hence, your input will play an integral role in this endeavor.
