San Mateo County Immigrant Integration & Inclusion Strategic Plan
The Office of Community Affairs’ Immigrant Services is embarking on a countywide, multi-sector Immigrant Integration and Inclusion Strategic Planning Process this year. Through the competitive Gateways for Growth (G4G) grant awarded by New American Economy and Welcoming America, San Mateo County is receiving technical assistance in order to better tailor local initiatives and outreach that promote immigrant inclusion. This grant will help the County develop its first Immigrant Integration and Inclusion Strategic Plan, and we’re calling on all our trusted community partners from faith-based congregations, non-profit organizations, to local grassroots groups to be involved.
