Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity recognizes alumni groups that excel in their dedication and service to the Fraternity. An evaluation of alumni organizations will be made from reports received this year. Awards will be presented at the 68th General Convention in Scottsdale, AZ.

Requirements
  • All applications must come from Alumni Associations in good standing with Phi Sigma Kappa.
  • This includes Annual Reports submitted, Officers Reported, Association Dues Paid, Proof of IRS Form submission sent to International Headquarters, and an annual membership in the Foundation’s Life Loyal program.
AGAIN, this report is required for any alumni club to be eligible for voting privileges, it will also act as this year's Alumni Association Award application.
 
To be eligible for awards, this report must be completed by June 7.
