The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), in conjunction with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), proposes the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of LA 3211 (Northwest Blvd) and Yokley Road in the City of Franklin in St. Mary Parish, LA. Additional ROW will be required.
