National Philanthropy Day 2022 Nomination Application
Nomination Requirements:
Nominator must be a current member of AFP NWA
Respond to the information requested below
Include letters of support for each nominee (maximum of three) – upload in one file
If your nominee is selected, we will request your assistance in obtaining photographs and biographical information for publicity purposes. We will give you the opportunity to notify your nominee of a selected nomination. You will be expected to engage in recognition activities with your NPD Award nominee at the in-person celebration on November 16, 2022.
Submission Requirements:
Online Nominations must be received by 5:00 p.m. Friday, May 13, 2022. DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL JUNE 4TH!
A maximum of three letters of support may be attached in one file.

The Outstanding Fundraising Executive Award is presented to individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership and expertise as professional fundraisers. Nominees should have at least five years of professional fundraising experience, demonstrate a commitment to both the community and professional field of fundraising and development, and be a member of the Northwest Arkansas Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
The nomination should include evidence of:
Leadership that is persuasive, effective, creative, and stimulating
The nominee’s ability to give his/her best as a team leader and as a mentor
Commitment to volunteerism and professional development
Track record of raising funds
Active participation as a member in the Northwest Arkansas Chapter of AFP and adherence to the Code of Ethics and Professional Practices
