1. Planning for the future

Earlier in 2019, the Town of Mosman Park undertook a survey of the community as a whole to understand what its vision is for street trees throughout the Town.
Over 400 people were consulted generating 168 responses which helped us understand both what the current perceptions of our street trees are, and what the community finds critical in both form, and function into the future.
This key information was considered along side what we can actually do from both an environmental, and operational standpoint, and has allowed us to create a draft street tree master plan. This master plan was done internally by staff who know the area, and were assisted by independent industry experts in environmental management and arboriculture.

The draft master plan and its appendices can be found by clicking the link below:

The survey itself will focus on the specific sections in the master plan to aid us in getting direct feedback on the issues and topics related to street trees. It should take about 20 minutes to complete the survey depending on the extent of some of the comments you may want to offer, with a few questions for each section.
By taking part you acknowledge that you have read the draft master plan and that any feedback not related to the plan itself will not be considered.
We look forward to your comments and support to make the Town the best it can be, between river and sea.
