In keeping with A Child's Haven's goal to continuously improve, we are continuing to make our culture a priority AND, we want to measure our progress! To help us keep a realistic pulse of the organization, please take a couple minutes to complete this quick Pulse Survey to help us focus our efforts where it really counts. Your responses are anonymous and separated by department to gauge any variances. Please expect to receive a Pulse survey every month. Results will be aggregated and reported to the entire staff by the Quality Improvement (QI) Department. Thank you!
