Menopause Matters

The South Wales Menopause Community wants to hear your voice. We are gathering real experiences from women across South Wales who are navigating menopause, to better understand the challenges they face and identify where support and services are lacking. Your feedback will help us shape conversations with the Welsh Government and a presentation at the Senedd and inform the development of a pilot programme aimed at improving menopause care, workplace support, and community services in our region.
