Welcome!

This application is for nonprofit organizations who would like to send a member or representative to Convu's Peer Coach Mentor Training beginning in January 2021 (click here for more info about the program), including organizations that wish to apply for a scholarship. The training will be conducted remotely and requires no travel.
Peer Coach Mentors who complete the program will be authorized to implement a Peer Coaching Initiative in their organizations, with Convu tools and support (for example the "Session Reflection" survey), at no further cost to their organization or to participants.

Question Title

* 1. Let's start by confirming that your candidate mentor would be available to engage in this process. Over a 12 week period, the Mentor Training program includes:
  • Studying Orientation materials: 3 to 5 hours of reading and/or viewing videos
  • Peer Coaching Practice: At least 12 one-hour sessions over a 16 week period, including the completion of a 4 min "Session Reflection" survey after each session
  • "Just in time" learning: an average of one hour per week devoted to learning new content and sharing insights and questions with other members of the cohort, both online and offline
  • If needed, additional preparation to be able to use relevant online tools effectively
Finally, graduates of the Convu Peer Coach Mentor Training are expected to lead a Peer Coaching Initiative for members of their organization or community, beginning in the first half of 2021 (with tools, support and guidance from Convu...)
