This study aims to identify the soft (transferable) skills employers in NL are looking for to fulfill their workforce needs, grow their companies, and improve the employability and resilience of the NL workforce to changing labour market demands. This information will be used to design and implement soft skills development training.

Note: The demographic being targeted by this study is current students and recent graduates from Newfoundland and Labrador Technical and Vocational Post-Secondary Institutions (i.e. all provincial post-secondary institutions except for Memorial University).
