Terms and Conditions for the Survey Prize Draw:
1. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
3. Surveys must be completed and submitted by 23.59 GMT / BST on 28 February 2021 to qualify for a prize draw entry. Surveys submitted after this time will not be entered into the prize draw.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason.  Automatically generated entries and entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered. Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.
5. Only one entry/competed survey per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
6. To enter, complete the ‘Future of Diagnostics’ survey and submit via the online platform.  Remember to include your contact details in order to be entered for the prize draw.
7. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 3 March 2021. Four entries selected at random will be the winners.

9. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into and no cash alternative will be offered. In case a Winner is prohibited by employment contract, law, government regulations or any applicable professional code of conduct from accepting a transfer of value in the form of the prize, the Winner hereby waives any claims towards Cytiva for the prizes applicable under this draw and accepts not to be entitled to the prize.
10. The winners will be notified via email by 12 March 2021. The winners must choose their option and arrange the sessions / consultations by 30 April 2021. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
11. To obtain details of the winners please email faye.jermyn@cytiva.com stating the name of the prize draw in the subject heading within 4 weeks after the closing date.
12. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details.
13. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. 15. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Promoter’s sole opinion) or who, in Promoter’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging votes, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Promoter.
16. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
