The Friendship Heights Alliance (FHA) is a new property owner's collaborative focused on the transformation of Friendship Heights through placemaking, marketing and place-based economic development. The FHA service areas includes commercial properties along Wisconsin Avenue from Western Avenue to Garrison Street on the DC side (including properties along Jennifer and 44th Streets). On the Maryland side, the boundary stretches along Wisconsin Avenue from Western Avenue to Oliver Street. Our workplan over the coming year will be shaped and informed by the invaluable insights, hopes and priorities of the wide range of stakeholders in Friendship Heights. We will be sharing results and other neighborhood research in a report to be released in summer 2022.
