ASDP 54th Annual Meeting Consulation Evaluations - Friday

Thank you for attending one or more Friday Consultation sessions at the ASDP 54th Annual Meeting. As a provider of CME, this evaluation is part of our continuous efforts to monitor the effectiveness of our educational programs, and assess changes in attendee knowledge, competence and patient outcomes as a result of our CME activities. Your feedback is invaluable and will assist us in planning future educational activities. This evaluation will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

If you registered for Consultation sessions on Thursday, Saturday or Sunday, you will receive an email with the link to complete evaluations for those sessions each day of the conference, or you can proceed to evaluate another day's consultations at the end of this survey.
