PLEASE NOTE: Current Fremantle Dockers members must renew their 2017 membership before or at the same time as showing interest in securing additional seats for a new member. The club will allocate new membership seats based on years of membership of the current Fremantle Dockers member. Submit completed form back to the club by 30 November 2016.
