County of Marin: Apply to Receive Used Solar Panels

California Product Stewardship Council (CPSC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and California’s leading expert on Product Stewardship and the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) movement. In partnership with Zero Waste Marin, CPSC is piloting a solar panel reuse initiative through spring of 2025. During this pilot, used solar panels will be available at no cost to applicants.
