Parks Commission Survey Fort Foster The Kittery Parks Commission is a volunteer group that advises the Town Council and Town Manager on the identification, protection, and development of certain town parks. The Parks Commission is actively involved in recommending goals and objectives for Fort Foster specifically, and advising on the operation of the park.
