The Perry Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce its partnership with the City of Perry, and other local sponsors, to encourage Perry residents to take advantage of incentives to shop local and support area businesses during this challenging time. The Perry Chamber of Commerce will facilitate the sale of gift cards on behalf of participating businesses. Consumers will pay $20 (plus applicable service fee) and an additional $10 will be sponsored by the Perry Chamber of Commerce, City of Perry, and any other sponsors of the program.

The Perry Pride Business Program is designed to benefit businesses that have been adversely impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic and the resulting Public Health Disaster Declaration from the State of Iowa. The Perry Pride Business Program is open to any business within the City of Perry. The Perry Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to rescind the right to participate in the program to any business or individual.

Submitting this form to the Perry Chamber of Commerce signifies an opt-in to this program.

* 1. Participating Businesses Opt-In Terms & Conditions:
The Perry Chamber of Commerce will collect all payment of purchases and sponsorship, and will send payment to businesses for all gift cards purchased within 5 days of each sale period, as designated within the 5-week promotion.

A Chamber staff member will follow up with businesses to confirm details after business opt-in submission.

Businesses shall notify the Perry Chamber of Commerce of any quantity limits they wish to set (see below).

Along with payment, the Perry Chamber of Commerce will provide a detailed list of gift cards purchased to each business. It is the responsibility of the businesses to keep track of gift cards as they are redeemed.

PLEASE NOTE: Even if you have verbally opted-in to the program, this form must be completed to participate. Throughout the 5-week promotion, if you have already signed up once you DO NOT need to sign up again -- we will automatically transfer you to the next sale unless told otherwise.
