Foreign Relations Act declaration

All schools under the NSW Department of Education are required to notify the Commonwealth Government under the Australia’s Foreign Relations (State and Territory Arrangements) Act 2020 of all arrangements with foreign entities. Legal Services is co-ordinating the response to provide to the Commonwealth.

Submit this form as many times as you need to capture all the foreign entities your school has a relationship with.
