This is a wonderful opportunity for CSL members across the province to be part of a community of practice working around ideas shared by Barbara in several webinars and through her groundbreaking book - Step In, Step Up - Empowering Women for the School Leadership Journey.
Participation in the Empowering Women for the School Leadership Journey Community of Practice will allow participants to positively impact the professional learning culture of their schools and school divisions, while working to define their 'why' of leadership and to find partners who are also beginning or engaged in their own leadership journeys to share ideas with and share the journey.
- The first webinar with Dr. Watterston will take place on Wednesday, November 25 from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
- Once the Empowering Women for the School Leadership Journey Community of Practice has been formed, we will determine together possible meeting/conversation dates in December and January.
